Low Sugar Kombucha Drink Recipes – Strawberry Refresher
If strawberries and Kombucha are your go-to thing - then this delicious low sugar recipe is for you!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 200g fresh strawberries
- 2 bottles Ginger Equinox Kombucha
- 5 small sprigs of mint
- Ice, strawberry and mint sprig to garnish
Method:
With a pestle and mortar grind the strawberries and mint together until mushy. You can also do this in a blender, but use the pulse function and stop it before it becomes a puree so that there are still a few pieces left of the strawberries.
Divide between two large jars, add the Ginger Kombucha, stir well and serve with ice and strawberry and a mint garnish.
