If your new-found love for kombucha has left you wondering how much kombucha you should drink in a day, you’re not alone. There’s no right or wrong answer, in fact, it will be different for everyone. The amount you should drink will depend on several factors, these may be things like: whether your kombucha is homemade or shop-bought, the alcohol content, whether you have any medical conditions or if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. There are a lot of things to think about, but the best approach is to listen to your body and do what’s right for you.
